RETURNS

Refunds: faulty items can be returned for a refund as long as proof of purchase is available, simply get in touch via the contact page and your return will be sorted out ASAP.

Exchange/Credit Note: Change of mind returns can be issued an exchange or a credit note. Items must be in there original packaging, original condition, and unused.

SHIPPING

All shipping is conducted through Australia Post. All packages under .500g is $12.00 and $15.00 for packages 500g-1kg, and all packages are sent via express postage.

STUDIO ADDRESS

As the Studio is located at a home residence, you will receive information regarding the address and where to enter via on confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received these details prior to your appointment, SMS 0411 958 001 stating this and it will be rectified ASAP.

HEALTH CONSULTATIONS

At this stage, all health consultations are being taken via Telehealth. Prior to your appointment you will receive a link to log in to your video call with your practitioner. There is no need to download any applications or programs to access your appointment.
